U.S.A winners only due to shipping issues. Good Luck!

For my first card, I ink blended various soft rainbow colors through two different stencils - the Polkadoodles Celebration stencil and the Polkadoodles Birthday Celebration stencil. I then die cut the Celebrate background from black card stock and word die from an ink blended panel. I drew strings on each of the balloons and adhered some iridescent gems to the card.

For my second card, I used watercolor crayons from my stash to color on a card front. I brushed over the panel with water to soften and blend the colors. I stamped the Fragile Fragments stamp from AALL & Create in Versafine clair pigment ink.

I ink blended with similar colors through a stencil with a small line pattern and added glimmer paste through the Entwined Hearts stencil from Creative Expressions.

I cut the card front down to 4 x 5-1/4 and glued it to a black panel. I then adhered that to a card base. I die cut Create out of white and black card stock and adhered that to a card base.

Thank you so much for stopping by! Make sure to leave a comment here and on every stop along the hop - blogs and instagram for a chance to win one of the $50 gift certificates!

  5. Lovely cards. The blending of the colors in the first cards looks great. I appreciate how you and other artist can combine colors and not end up with brown. lol That is my talent. Combining the wrong colors and end up with mud back grounds. Works for coffee cards, though.

    1. Thank you! I struggle with colors too and sometimes I do end up with mud. It is challenging.

  9. Hi Angela. Your cards are so cool. I like how you blended a rainbow on each of them. I just love the glimmer paste you put on the stencil. It gives a great balance the black writing and hearts. The black frame really makes it perfect. I look forward to your next project.
